Grenz Rezoning Notice

NOTICE OF VARIANCE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Groton Planning & Zoning Commission will be holding a public hearing on August 22, 2011 at 7:00pm CDT at City Hall, 209 N Main, Groton, SD for a variance of Title 9, Section 9.0106 of the Groton Zoning Ordinance. This application was made by Dale Grenz, 905 N 1st St, Groton SD for the construction of an addition to the garage within five (5) feet of the south side lot line. A variance is required for the reduction in required minimum side yard size in a Residential 1 (R1) District.
Any person wishing to present testimony for or against this variance may appear in person or by representative at the above time and place.
